Kenny Lai has over 15 years of experience in banking and financial services across retail, commercial, and corporate banking, with expertise in fund management, investment strategy, and wealth structuring.
He began his career with HSBC Bank Malaysia as an Investment Banker, where he advised corporate clients, conducted market research, and participated in complex financial transactions and strategic advisory engagements.
Currently, Kenny serves as Director of SI International Group Berhad, overseeing investment management activities with a focus on portfolio construction, due diligence, risk management, and strategic investment planning. He specializes in identifying opportunities that deliver sustainable, risk-adjusted returns while maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.
In 2025, Kenny established a Singapore Variable Capital Company (VCC) to facilitate international investment activities. As a Director of the VCC, he is responsible for fund oversight, investment evaluation, portfolio management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to the standards set by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
Through extensive engagement with accredited investors, Kenny recognized the growing importance of estate planning, succession planning, and asset protection. This led him to develop expertise in integrating Singapore’s VCC framework with Labuan trust structures, combining institutional-grade fund management with enhanced wealth preservation and asset protection solutions.
Today, Kenny focuses on delivering cross-border wealth management, fund structuring, and legacy planning solutions for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and international investors, leveraging the strengths of both Singapore and Labuan as leading financial jurisdictions.

Jacqueline Mak brings with her more than six years of experience in the property industry, where she successfully headed a team capable of transacting projects with a combined Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding RM100 million. A seasoned investor from a young age, she has always believed in the power of compounding and the multiplying effect as the foundation of long term wealth creation. Her personal investment journey has shaped her strategic mindset and provided her with the resilience and foresight to navigate dynamic business landscapes.
Prior to joining SInfinite Trustee Limited, Jacqueline Mak served as the Business Matching Manager in a Hong Kong government agency, where she was responsible for connecting Malaysian companies with opportunities in Hong Kong and globally. Her role included curating and facilitating high-level investment platforms such as the One Belt One Road Initiative and the ASEAN Financial Forum, where she successfully brought project owners and investors together to negotiate and structure deals. This exposure allowed her to develop extensive business relationships and networks across SMEs, public listed companies and government agencies, equipping her with a unique blend of international market knowledge and cross-border business development expertise.
